Ideally placed and is sure to give this a mighty shake. NIJINSKY HALO (7) could only manage eighth on dirt over 5½f at Del Mar in a then couldn't find the top-three on turf over 5f at Del Mar Turf more recently. Strong contender back on the dirt. Worth another chance. SLEW'S JOY (6) returned to winning form second up last start, scoring by 0. 8 lengths over 4f124yards at this track (Dirt). Has never been out of the placings at the third run in so he is among the leading chances. TOPSTITCH (1) was in contention on the corner and finished third last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 5½f at Los Alamitos (Dirt), beaten 1. 5 lengths. Will benefit from that outing. Capable of another bold effort.
