Well placed and there is no reason he cannot score again. CARDINAL TRICK (3) was safely held last start when eighth over 4½f at this track (Dirt). May appreciate the shorter journey this time. Can bounce back to best form. VERMEER (6) produced a reasonable effort when fifth last start over 2½f at this track, beaten 2 lengths after he did his best work in the closing stages. That followed a win at this track the start prior. Has a solid record at this course and distance, including seven wins. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time. EVENEREVENWORSE (4) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 4f124yards at this track, beaten 4 lengths into fourth. No surprise to see him in the mix.
