GALWAY SHAWL (6) improved sharply on her eighth two starts back at Pleasanton (Dirt) with success over 4f124yards at this track (Dirt) four weeks ago, getting home by 0.1 lengths after being in the firing line on the bend. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot repeat the dose. MY BEST GIFT (1) was beaten 5 lengths into fifth over 4f124yards at this track last time out. No surprise to see her in contention.
