TOM'S STAR (3) is a five-start maiden who could only manage to finish sixth at her latest appearance over 1m at Del Mar (Turf) after she got a long way back in the run. Looks to be in the right race to play a big role. MISS MICHE LADA (4) was in contention on the corner and finished third last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 5½f at Del Mar (Dirt), beaten 6 lengths. Will strip fitter this time. Placed to advantage so expect another bold run.
