FALABELLA (5) finished out of the money two starts back then she settled well back and was beaten 10 lengths when fifth over 6½f at Los Alamitos seven-and-a-half weeks ago. Has the class to put the recent run of form behind her. BORNTOSTAYTHIRSTY (2) made progress last time out, finishing 2.5 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 4f124yards at this track after being in contention on the bend. Meets some better types this time but another big run will not surprise. MAGGIE'S FAYE (4) was beaten 6 lengths into fifth over 5f at Grants Pass five weeks ago. Finds a nice race and can atone.
