DASH FOR POWER (7) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 1f130yards at Ruidoso Downs, beaten 2 lengths after being prominent at the turn. Finds the right race this time and can get the job done. GENTLE PEACE (5) will find this a little easier than his second on debut four weeks ago, beaten half a length at the end of 1f80yards at this track (Dirt). Promising type with improvement to come so he should pay to follow. EAGLE DROPPING FIRE (2) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start when he settled well back over 1f130yards at this track, beaten 1.2 lengths into fifth. It doesn't get any easier but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. APOLLITICAL ROCKET (4) has put together back-to-back placings, the latest when 2 lengths away in third over 1f80yards at this track (Dirt). Nicely placed to feature in the finish.
