POLITICAL OATH (2) could only manage eighth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1½f at this track, beaten only 1.5 lengths after being in contention on the corner. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. BLACK CHILITA (1) finished 0.6 lengths from the winner in fourth last start after being prominent at the bend over 1f at Gillespie County Fairground, an improvement on her when resuming sixth at Retama Park the run before. This looks a sterner test than last time but on her best form she is capable of testing her rivals. DASHINGTHEDAYAWAY (8) was in the firing line on the turn and finished second last start over 1f31yards at Retama Park (Dirt), beaten 0.8 lengths. Nicely placed to go one better. HIGH DASHING (9) has filled a minor placing at her last three outings, most recently when third over 1f80yards at this track (Dirt). Suitably placed so anticipating another big run.
