RUBIA (1) returned from a lay-off two-and-a-half weeks ago when she was beaten 5 lengths into seventh over 5f at this track. Beautifully placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. DULCIA (3) did a great job to score by 1.5 lengths over this course and distance when when resuming from a lay-off last start. Looks well placed so expect another big run. GIVE EM HAIL GAYLE (5) last appeared four weeks ago over 5½f at this track when she finished second. This is her first run for the Abel Ramirez-Rodriguez stable. Worth plenty of thought. ON WING (8) was safely held when resuming last start over 5f at this track (Turf), finishing ninth and beaten 7 lengths. Has good early toe so she should be handy in the run. One of the better hopes.
