MYSTIFICATION (2) is a five-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Samuel Calvario stable. Hasn't raced since finishing seventh at Santa Anita (Turf) ten weeks ago. Not seen at the trials but is in a nice race. Bold showing expected. HARDY BOY (6) is a last-start winner three weeks ago, scoring by 5 lengths over 7f at this track. Profiles to run well.
