Finds a more suitable contest and can get the job done. TAP TO CONNECT (4) hasn’t been far away since a maiden win six runs back, the latest effort a third over 7f at Evangeline Downs (Dirt) on April 10. Has good early toe so he should be handy in the run. Best form puts him right in this. RU MOR STARTER (7) produced a good run two starts back to finish second but was below par last time when out of the placings at Will Rogers Downs (Dirt) over 5½f after he had settled well back. Taking on a better line-up this time but he has the ability to mix it with them. MUCHO MACHO CAM (1) was in the money two starts back at Sam Houston Park but couldn't back it up last time when ninth, beaten 8 lengths, at Sam Houston Park (Turf) over 1m. Open to improvement and should be about the money.
