POSEIDON'S SON (3) showed good early dash and stalked the pace last start before drawing clear to score by a long neck over 5f199yards at Grafton. Likely to be in the finish again. ALLY (5) kicked off this campaign with a win two runs ago. Less impressive last time out when eighth over 6f at Doomben, beaten 4 lengths. Won't find this as tough so she can make amends. BRING ME SAKI (6) built on a nice third when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at Grafton with a win over 5f130yards at this track five-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by a nose. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. GOT GUMPTION (7) finished sixth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 5½f at Ipswich, beaten 2. 75 lengths. Likely improver so plenty to like about his chances.
