DESERT SHADOW (3) returned to form with a solid runner-up effort at Redcar after a disappointing run two starts earlier. Holds ability to remain competitive in this deeper race. GREAT CHIEFTAIN (2) resumes after a three-month break following a below-par effort at Newmarket. Ran well previously when fresh. HUSCAL (4) continued his consistent form with a solid third at Newbury. Fitter again and well positioned so should be thereabouts once more.
