This is competitive but everything points towards a big run from the previous course winner MY SILVER LINING (11). The Emma Lavelle trained ten-year-old did well in all three starts this season including when runner-up attempting a valuable Class Two handicap chase at Haydock during December. She was a good winner of a handicap chase at Warwick off 2lb higher last season and will relish these testing conditions. ART DECCO (2) is five from eight in cheekpieces and warrants respect on the back of a gruelling staying success tackling bottomless ground at Exeter. VAL DANCER (4) stays well and needs to be considered after a good third contesting the Aintree Grand National fences last time. IVANE (10) also warrants consideration.
