Again tasted defeat last start when fourth over 1m at this track, beaten 7 lengths. Going up a level this time but he has the ability to mix it with them. CLOSE THE GATE (4) pushed forward last time and boxed on to finish 0. 8 lengths away in second over 7f in Listed grade at this track (Dirt). Likely improver with strong prospects. LET'S GO LANDO (7) raced on the pace over 1m at this track (Dirt) last time and went on to win by 6 lengths. Is going okay this campaign, recording two wins and four minor placings from eight starts. Not to be discounted.
