ARROW SPEED (9) held on well to finish third last start over 1m1/4f at Delaware Park (Dirt), beaten half a length. Going up a level this time but he deserves plenty of thought. MOSLER TIME (5) last appeared five-and-a-half weeks ago over 1m1/2f at this track when he finished fourth. This is his first run for the Jamie Ness stable. Will be tuned-up for this and is expected to run well.
