CHRISTMAS JONES (3) was well fancied on the back of a couple of minor placings but could only manage sixth last start over 5½f at this track (Turf). Worth noting V Carrasco is the change of rider. Finds the right race to bounce back to form. MORE THAN A NOTION (8) ran below expectations last time at this track (Dirt), finishing fifth and beaten 11 lengths starting at 9/2. Nicely placed to make amends. COMMON SENSE (10) is yet to break through in four runs. Finished sixth at her last appearance over 5½f at this track (Dirt) on October 31. Looks to be in the right race to play a big role. CLEARLY SOPHIA (7) stepped out on her debut over 6f at Delaware Park (Dirt) six-and-a-half weeks ago and finished seventh, beaten 8 lengths. Plenty of scope for improvement.
