ALL THE HARDWAYS (4) drifted well back and failed to finish it off last start when fifth, beaten 13 lengths, over 1m1f in Listed grade at this track (Dirt). This is a nice drop in grade so he is set to turn things around. MACLEAN'S ROOK (7) proved too strong two runs ago at Colonial Downs. Couldn't follow that up last time out when fourth over 1m1/2f at this track, beaten 3. 5 lengths. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot make amends. MAGICAL MONDAYS (6) is a talented gelding who was well held last time in tougher grade over 1m1f in Listed grade at this track (Turf). Is in solid form this prep, scoring two wins and a placing from five starts. Shapes as one to consider. DOMINGUEZ (8) was in the money two starts back at Delaware Park but couldn't back it up last time when tenth, beaten 10 lengths, at this track (Turf) over 1m1/2f. Open to improvement and should be about the money.
