TAP THE CHAMPAGNE (7) is fresh from a lay-off of three-and-a-half months and did hit the frame when last resuming at Churchill Downs (Turf) over 1m1/2f. In a different yard now. Rates highly and can return in winning form. TELLUS MATER (4) turned in a good effort on debut nine months ago when 1.5 lengths away in third at Gulfstream Park (Turf) over 1m. Has not been to the races since that outing. Sure to have improved over the break and should be in the finish. PROTECTIVE CUSTODY (3) is yet to break through in five runs but has been thereabouts. Placed in a then was 7 lengths away in fourth over 1m1 1/2f at Colonial Downs (Turf) last time. Finds a nice race and can measure up. VINALIA (1) was beaten 6 lengths into seventh in a 5f contest at Del Mar last time out. No surprise to see her in the frame.
