Jamie Rodriguez gets the best out of this eight-year-old gelding. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. CATALEYA STRIKE (5) finished 6 lengths from the winner in fifth last time out over 1m1/2f in Listed grade at this track (Dirt) on December 21. Record at this journey is impressive with two wins and two placings from five runs and has to be respected. ARMANDO R (1) was unplaced two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m1/2f at this track, beaten 3.5 lengths into fourth. Better than recent efforts suggest.
