LAST SECOND LOUIE (1) was in contention all the way and fought on for second last start over 1m at this track (Dirt), making it two minor placings in a row. Drawn for a good trail just off the pace. Likely improver with strong prospects. EARL OF DASSEL (5) got well back over 1m at Aqueduct (Dirt) last time and never threatened, eventually finishing 5 lengths away in fifth. Perfectly placed and is sure to play a major role. VILALUZ (6) got well back over 6½f at Charles Town (Dirt) last time and never threatened, eventually finishing 11 lengths away in seventh. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is right in contention. RETURN FIRE (4) got the prize two runs ago but was not as effective last time out when fifth over 1m1/2f at this track, beaten 6 lengths. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time.
