VIRGINIA CITY (1) ran a much better race at his second outing last start to finish second over 1m1/2f at this track after being in the firing line on the turn. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. ST PETE'S PASSION (5) is close to breaking through after three consecutive placings, the latest coming when second over 1m at Parx (Dirt). Best figures measure up. Sure to run well.
