BILL OF RIGHTS (5) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a nice race last time out, finishing second and beaten only 2 lengths over 6f at this track (Dirt) after being in contention on the corner. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. WASHINGTON'S UNION (13) was in the money two starts back at Ellis Park but was unable to repeat the effort last time when ninth, beaten 7 lengths, at Ellis Park (Turf) over 1m. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. PENNY LOAFER (14) showed little early speed last start then came with a powerful run to finish second over 7f at this track (Dirt). Has ability and a bold showing is expected.
