HAD TO HAVE HIM (3) is racing well. Scored at Pimlico (Turf) in a then finished second, beaten 2.5 lengths, over 5½f at this track (Turf) at the latest appearance two weeks ago. Best form puts him right in this. TALL ORDER (2) ran below expectations when fresh from a lay-off at this track (Dirt) over 5½f last time, finishing seventh and beaten 14 lengths. Tackling a deeper field this time but he is good enough to turn things around. UPSIDEDOWN MAN (9) finished seventh when resuming two runs back then did a good job last start but found a couple better over 5f at Pimlico, beaten only 0.4 lengths. The engagement of X Perez is noteworthy. Facing a tougher assignment but he is up to the task. GREAT HEAVENS (7) missed out last time when fourth over 6f at Pimlico after filling a minor placing in five races on end, the latest here over 5½f. Forest Boyce stays aboard and although yet to win has been in the money on seven occasions. Must be respected.
