AKAYLA (1) resumes from a lay-off of four-and-a-half months. Could only manage to finish fourth at the latest run over 1m3f at Gulfstream Park (Turf). Commenced last prep with a minor placing at Aqueduct over 1m1/2f. Nicely placed and expected to go well. VIRTUAL (8) was solid on debut last start when beaten 1.2 lengths into fifth over 1m at this track (Turf) on April 21. Can improve and should run well. ITALIAN WAR CRY (4) is a seven-start maiden who resumed from a lay-off last start and was beaten 19 lengths when eighth over 6f at this track (Dirt). Should progress from that last outing and poses a genuine threat.
