Second up record is strong and sure to go close if runs up to best. Group 3 winner ENGLISH BEE (5) has been out of the placings in two runs since a break, the latest when fifth, beaten 2.75 lengths, over 7½f at Gulfstream Park (Turf) after he got a long way back. Has further improvement to come and is among the main hopes. Group 3 winner EONS (8) closed last campaign with back-to-back placings, the last of which was at this track six-and-a-half months ago. Yet to miss the placings at this circuit, including two wins. Capable of a big run. HAY CHIEF (9) had been in top form scoring two wins on end prior to missing the frame last time out in stakes class at this track (Dirt). Coming back in journey.
