CRACK THE SHUTTERS (2) was a gutsy winner last time over 6f at this track, scoring by 1. 75 lengths to make it three wins in a row. Has been in the top three at all four starts here, including three wins. Among the leading chances. DAYTONA DIVA (6) built on a nice second when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at this track with success as favourite over 6f at Hobart two-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by 3 lengths. Jabez Johnstone scored on her last time and retains the mount. Needs to be at her best to beat this field but she can win again. WOLF JUNIOR (3) got off the mark when resuming from a lay-off over 5½f at this track last start, scoring by a long neck. Re-unites with Craig Newitt who was on board last start. Tougher task this time but expected to be competitive again.
