THE LONGEST YARD (2) ran on strongly only to just miss last start over 7f at this track. Will derive great benefit from recent racing. Nicely placed to take this out. FIORENTE DE LEGEND (7) progressed nicely last time out to finish just half a length from the winner in second over 7f32yards at Hobart. Finds a tougher race but she has the talent to test this line-up. LILY LUELLA (5) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then was beaten 2. 75 lengths when fourth in a 7f contest at Hobart three weeks ago after being in the firing line on the turn. Facing a tougher assignment but she is good enough to turn the recent form around. WHIPPIN PICCADILLY (6) won at this track two starts ago but was below her best at a more recent appearance, finishing fifth over 7f at this track. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
