DANCING WOLF (2) turned in a fine effort to score by 1.5 lengths at this course and distance last start in a nice progression on the when resuming performance. Facing a tougher assignment but she is capable of another big run. LADY GALADRIEL (1) showed good early muster and fought on to finish second last start over 6f at this track. Taking on a better field but she is worth serious consideration. SMIFFY (4) registered a strong win at Hobart two runs ago. Decent effort last time out when in the firing line on the bend before finishing second over 5½f at Hobart, beaten a nose. Meets a stronger field but she is good enough. FIRST LINE (3) was beaten 2 lengths into fifth over 6f at this track at her latest appearance. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
