WEDNESDAY'S BOSS (5) was returning from a break last time out and proved too classy, scoring by a neck over 5½f at Hobart. Fitter for that last hitout and another win looks on the cards. KUSINI (1) is a five-year-old mare who is having her first run for the Glenn Stevenson stable. Resumes after finishing 11th at Kyneton at her last run five months ago. Ran fourth in a trial over 4f at Longford and goes well fresh from a lay-off, filling a placing two times from three runs. Bold showing expected. ZUNI (7) is in winning form after scoring as favourite last time out by 1.5 lengths over 6f at this track. Has a decent record at this track with two wins and four minor placings from eight starts. Should park just off the speed. Should be involved in the finish. CAPABELLE (8) stuck on well last start to finish third over 6f at this track after showing good early speed. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run again.
