BRULLEN (1) showed good early dash when resuming last start and held on well to finish 1. 3 lengths back in second over 6f at Mornington. Nicely placed to take this out. EXCENIA (3) lines up for the first time since November 12. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 5f136yards at Geelong. Has ability and should be right in the finish. YES CHICCI (8) recorded a gutsy maiden victory last time out over 6f at Warracknabeal, scoring by a long neck. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Looks well placed and she should be in the finish again. VADERLEE (2) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6½f at Stawell, beaten 3. 5 lengths into sixth. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
