DIRECT SOUND (6) has been in great form with two placings in succession, most recently when beaten 0.7 lengths into second over 1m at Albury. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. REAL SHADY (3) impressed last time out at the second run of the campaign and finished 3 lengths from the winner in third over 1m at Kilmore. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. ROSE DIAMOND (14) kept coming but just failed to pick up the winner last start over 1m at Cranbourne. This is a nice drop in grade so she is a key runner. POTSIE'S DAUGHTER (13) went forward last time but couldn't quicken in the run home and finished sixth over 1m at Camperdown. Well placed on this occasion and is a likely improver.
