Has the talent to take care of this field. MIDNIGHT RUSH (7) improved sharply on his 14th two starts back at Murray Bridge with a win over 6f at this track a couple of days ago, getting home by 1.4 lengths after being in contention on the corner. Steps up a level but he is capable of another big run. PERSIAN EMPIRE (4) was comfortably accounted for when eighth last time out over 1m1f at Morphettville, beaten 3 lengths, after a win at this track at the previous outing. Should be thereabouts.
