MATHAN (3) was third behind REFRESHMENT (4) at Galway adopting first time cheekpieces. Firmer ground will suit and warrants consideration. The latter finished 0.5L second tackling 1m1/2f at Galway in July and continues to improve so might be thereabouts. SUJET (2) was also in the Galway race finishing fourth. Softer ground didn’t help on that occasion, Might turn things around and go close.
