Has a fair record when second up, including two top-three finishes. Perfectly placed and is sure to be there at the finish. FIRE ATTACK (1) came home strongly last start to finish second, beaten one length, over 5¾f at Turffontein Standside when coming back from a break. Calvin Habib has registered four minor placings when on board. Fitter and a likely improver. LUCKY LAD (7) returns from a layoff of 12 weeks. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a lay-off last prep over 6f at Vaal. Makes plenty of appeal. Lay-off. No surprise to see him in the frame.
