ONE LINER (7) returned to winning form last start, scoring by one length over this journey at this track. Has a solid record at this course and distance, including a win and a placing. Definite winning hope. DEAN STREET (4) ran below expectations last time at this track, finishing 16th and beaten 17 lengths starting at 17/2. Worth noting Luyolo Mxothwa goes aboard. This is a nice drop in grade so he is one of the main contenders. NORDIC CHIEF (2) returned from a lay-off three-and-a-half weeks ago when he was beaten 4 lengths into seventh over 5½f at this track. Fitter so can feature in the finish.
