Hard to beat again in this suitable race. HOODIA (5) stepped up to the mile for the first time last start at Durbanville and after looking a winning chance halfway down the straight he boxed on for second. Likely to push forward and race on the pace. Best figures should see him run well. MIKE'S MAZARIN (4) is back from a lay-off of 11 weeks and does go well when fresh, including a win to launch last campaign over 1m3/4f at Scottsville. Expect him to pose a serious challenge. MASTER OF PARIS (3) finished third last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 1m at Durbanville, beaten 2.25 lengths. Ready to go a couple better.
