SUGAR MOUNTAIN (8) is back from a lay-off of 11 weeks and does go well when fresh, including a win to launch last campaign over 7f at Durbanville. Solid chance. Multiple Group 3 placegetter PORT LOUIS (11) fought on for second last start over 7f at this track, making it two minor placings in a row. Should be prominent despite the awkward gate. Meets some better types this time but a win is not out of the question. Multiple Group 3 placegetter FUTURE PRINCE (10) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 4 lengths away in seventh over 1m1f at this track. Capable of featuring prominently.
