Lightly raced IDEAL DES BORDES (2) won here as a hurdler and arrives fresh off the back of a chasing debut success at Wincanton last month. Appeared to run on strongly through the fog that day and could prove capable of defying a 3lb rise in weights. ROGER POL (1) went well in this grade tackling fences at Doncaster late November. Warrants consideration up significantly in trip. The progressive EYED (5) scored nicely at Market Rasen and holds form over this distance. MOULINS CLERMONT (3) is not totally ruled out.
