Partnered by James Doyle can follow up his success in this contest twelve months ago while putting a disappointing display at Wolverhampton on Boxing Day behind him. Course winner MOSTABSHIR (3) looks interesting dropping back to 7f off this mark based on some solid three-year-old form among Group company. Tackling 7f poses some questions for the classy ROHAAN (2) though has previously won here attempting the journey and shaped nicely when fifth at Lingfield AW after a break recently. ARABIAN STORM (5) cannot be discounted.
