CHEEKY SMIRK (9) was below his best last time out when 5 lengths from the winner in seventh over 6½f at Hawkesbury. Better than that and can feature on his best form. BOLD AND BLAZEN (7) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6¾f at Wyong, beaten 2. 75 lengths into fourth after being prominent at the corner. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. EQUILIBRIST (3) turned in another moderate effort last start when 6 lengths from the winner in ninth over 6½f at Rosehill. Capable of featuring prominently.
