GOOLOO BUCKY (9) built on a nice third when fresh from a lay-off two starts back at Nowra with success over 6f at Nowra four weeks ago, getting home by a head. Brock Ryan scored on him last time and retains the mount. This looks a sterner test than last time but on current form he is one of the key runners. FACEOFF (8) is progressing well this campaign. Opened with a fifth at this track two starts back then got the job done by 0. 8 lengths last time out over 6f at Moruya. Steps up a level but he is good enough to cope. TAI LUNG (6) raced in town last time and missed the frame, finishing fifth at Rosehill and beaten 3. 5 lengths. Meets easier opposition this time. Has winning claims. EQUILIBRIST (2) progressed nicely last start to finish a close third over 6½f at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. This looks a good race for him and he is one of the key runners.
