WALK LIKE A MAN (4) followed an unplaced effort when resuming two runs back with a second last start over 1m at this track after being in the firing line on the turn. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. BELGRANO (1) showed good early dash when resuming last start and held on well to finish a nose back in second over 7f65yards at Queanbeyan. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is good enough to take this out. DON'S PARTY (2) finished third last start over 7½f at this track, beaten 1. 5 lengths. Likely improver with strong prospects. MERITAGE (8) was in a rearwards position on the turn last time out before finishing 3 lengths back in fourth over 7½f at this track. Suited in this line up and is among the better hopes.
