LE FRIMEUR (3) returns after four months on the sidelines and remains open to further progress after landing a 2m3 1/2f maiden hurdle at Chepstow on sole run last campaign. Nicely treated here and expected to go very well. EAGLES REPRIEVE (1) resumed with a solid Newcastle second over 2m4 1/2f under Jack Power and natural improvement makes him a serious threat. GAELIC ROVER (2) scored in maiden company at Newcastle two starts back before failing to complete in stronger grade at this track. Better judged on earlier form and cannot be dismissed. THE G WIZARD (8) continues to race honestly having recorded consecutive placings and another competitive display would not surprise.
