FREEDOM MAKER (10) resumed from a lay-off last start with a sound second over 1m at Santa Anita (Dirt). Taking on a better line-up this time but he deserves his chance. ABUNDANCE (1) did little and finished 5 lengths from the winner in seventh over 7½f at Gulfstream Park last start, a less impressive effort than his fourth at Gulfstream Park the run before. Beautifully placed and is sure to take plenty of stopping. DIVER (4) was well fancied last start over 6f at Turfway Park (Synthetic) when second, beaten 3 lengths. Blinkers go on so he must be respected. JOHNSON (9) was prominent at the bend and finished third last start over 1m at Turfway Park (Synthetic), beaten 3.5 lengths. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is one of the key runners.
