ARIARNE (4) was quickly into stride over 6½f at Darwin last time and defied all challengers to score by 6 lengths. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. NASTY STREAK (8) ran tenth at his latest appearance over 5½f at Darwin, clocking in 11 lengths from the winner. Will prove tough to stop. THE STIFMEISTER (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6½f at Darwin, beaten 5.5 lengths into sixth after being in the firing line on the turn. Perfectly placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. SOUL SPIRIT (2) finished second at Darwin two runs back but was less effective last time over 6½f at Darwin, finishing 12 lengths back in 11th. Has her share of talent and can do a lot better.
