FRIAR'S LEGACY (9) was not beaten all that far last time out when third over 7f at Bunbury. Down in weight. Has been in solid form this campaign with a win and six minor placings from eight starts. Shapes as one to consider. CRUNCHY NUT (5) was unplaced two runs back when fresh from a lay-off then again missed the frame last start over 7f at this track, beaten 5 lengths into sixth. No surprise to see him in contention.
