THE JESTER'S SON (3) gave away a start then stormed home to win over 7f at this track last time out. Should run very well. DONT WAIT FOR LUCK (2) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then was beaten 3.5 lengths when seventh in a 7f contest at Bunbury two weeks ago. Has raced six times here and has never missed the frame. This doesn't look as hard so he is one of the main contenders. AGENT JAY (1) hasn't made an impact like last campaign, the latest a ninth over 7f at Bunbury. Rates highly on best figures and rates as a definite danger. ABBOU (4) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing fourth at Northam over 6½f. Must raise the bar but he has the talent to test this line-up.
