VERVAIN (2) missed the frame on debut then progressed nicely at his second outing when prominent at the bend, finishing 0.6 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 6f at this track. Looks well placed so expect another big run. POETANDIKNOWIT (3) debuted three weeks ago when he finished fifth over 5½f at this track, beaten 1.75 lengths. Should be thereabouts.
