LUTZ (5) improved last time out, finishing 2.5 lengths from the winner in second at the end of 1m2 1/4f at Broome after being prominent at the turn. Taking on a better line-up this time but he cannot be underestimated. SLUICE BOX (3) turned in a sound effort last time when third over 1m3f at Belmont Park. Back in trip this time. Strong run last time and should prove tough to beat. HAFEY (2) missed the placings two runs back then didn't feature last start when 6 lengths away in eighth over 1m3f at Broome. Finds an easier assignment and can take this out. LET'S SEA (8) is experiencing a long win drought, extended last start when ninth over 1m at Carnarvon. Facing a tougher assignment but he is worth another chance.
