Perfectly placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. SHAKESPEARE (4) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race when he did his best work late and finished 5 lengths away in fifth last time out over 1m2f at Murray Bridge. Finds a nice race and can find winning form. JAMROCK (5) failed to live up to market expectations last start when out of the placings over 7¾f at Pooncarie, beaten 15 lengths. This doesn't look as hard so he will be hard to beat. ALCHIAN (2) has been out of the winner's list for a long time, last start finishing seventh at Balaklava over 1m. Best figures measure up nicely.
